First, you will take the perspective of a study owner, creating a card sorting study.
Start your screen recording.
FullHD and with larger font size.
Remember to talk out loud as you work, describing what you see, think, and do.
Log in to Diamond using your account:

Create a new card sorting study with the given sample
deck of 30 concept cards
products30.csv.
Finish creating the study and launch it. Make a note of the study URL.
Log out of Diamond and close down the browser.
Stop your screen recording. Remux the recording to MP4 and name
it NN-treetest-creating.mp4, where NN is your (main)
surname in lower case. For example andrews-treetest-creating.mp4.
Trim any junk from the start and end of the recording. If the video is too large (hundreds of MB or more), transcode it down to a reasonable size.
Copy the plain text log file template
log.txt to a new
file called NN-cardsort-creating-log.txt, where NN is
your (main) surname in lower case. For
example andrews-cardsort-creating-log.txt.
Review your screen recording and fill out the log file, documenting your experience and listing 2-3 positives and 5-10 negatives (problems) you found in the tool.
Second, you will take the perspective of a study participant, taking part in a card sorting study.
Make sure you are logged out of Diamond. It is not necessary to have a Diamond account to participate in a study. You only need to know the study URL.

Go to the CardSort study at the URL given when you launched it as the study owner.

file CC-LICENSE.txt
in your hand-in folder.

Zip up the folder, so that you have a zip file called

Hand in your zip file on TeachCenter.
